What's the BEST Way to
Start Realizing Your Goals?

Goal Setting Secrets!

The first thing that you must do is write your goals down on paper. When you do this you are taking the first necessary steps of telling your subconscious mind that you mean business and that you want these things to happen for you.

It is no longer left open for debate or doubt. You do not give your subconscious mind the chance to talk you out of anything. Your mind is set, and you always have control of how you would like to live. Writing your goals down on paper is going to be the first way to bring down your subconscious minds resistance.

I always passed this simple tool off as something that wasn’t important. I would think “All I have to do is think about what I want and it’ll happen” – well, I found out fast that it’s easier to just write them down and let them happen.

I now have dozens of notebooks chocked full of goals, desires, wants, events that I’ve recorded, and sifting through them all I’m amazed to see about 80% of what I wrote down now part of my reality!

If you speak to any successful individual, nine out of ten will have their own personal journal or goals that they have set for themselves.

Writing your goals down on paper also leads you towards self-growth in any are of your life you choose. Start with small goals and eventually lead yourself to larger ones. And as you accomplish the goals you set out to do, you can increase your pocket book, the number of lovers you want, and virtually anything else you desire.

Setting goals by far is one of the most powerful approaches to creating ever growing wealth, power, love and happiness.

Are you beginning to see why yet?

When determining your goals, write them out on paper. Doing this is your first action step and as more actions continue to follow that first one you can get yourself in the habit of achieving your goals. Remember that your subconscious mind is your tool to form habits.

Start small and get yourself in the habit of becoming goal orientated. Give yourself reasonable goals and give yourself a chance by acting on their behalf. In time, the goals you set will become more powerful and easier to manifest.

Of course after your goal is written, don’t forget to follow up with taking action. Force yourself if you have to. It is so easy to say to yourself what you want. You just have to start doing what you really want to do.

Let me show you a trick. It will make this easier for you to do. Pick something you normally do that is routine and a write it down on paper. Say that you do your laundry every Tuesday. When that day comes, write on paper that you are going to successfully accomplish doing your laundry today.

It may seem ridiculous but you are gong to train your brain into thinking that when you write something down, you mean it and you follow through with it. It is a simple trick to try and you’ll see that when you begin to write new goals down on paper – and record your results, you'll start accomplishing them just like you easily accomplished getting your laundry done.

You’ll also develop routines that will turn into habits that work for you instead of against you.

So, grab a notebook, and start writing!

Sincerely,
